As your representative, our agents have a fiduciary duty to place your needs above and beyond those of anyone else in the transaction … including their own.
We see the job of the buyers agent as helping you find the best possible home to meet your needs at the best possible price, to then negotiate repairs, and alert you to any known issues with the home or the neighborhood. Our agents are required to be consistently educating themselves about local developments so they can best serve our clients.
